Course Enrollment and Access
When you purchase an electrical course, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to access the course materials for as long as the course is available on the platform. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else. Each course purchase is for a single user only. Course content, including videos, text, quizzes, and certificates, is for your personal educational use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold.
Payments and Refunds
All course prices are listed clearly at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your credit card details. Refunds are offered within [7 or 14] days of purchase if you have completed less than [20%] of the course. To request a refund, contact us using the information in Section 6. After the refund period, all sales are final.
User Conduct
You agree to use Electro Mastery only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to hack, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any course content. You will not harass other students or instructors in any discussion areas. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. If we terminate your account for violation, you will not receive a refund for any unused courses. You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Electro Mastery provides electrical courses for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or electrical accidents that may result from applying the knowledge gained from our courses. Always follow proper safety procedures and local electrical codes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or courses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
